The Goddard School® located in Brookfield, WI is looking to fill its Director position. This is the topmost leadership position at the school.

The ideal candidate has:

Commendable people skills and leadership ability to routinely motivate and inspire the staff

Managerial talent to handle broad spectrum of operational challenges

Experience in developing learning programs for young children

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The director's role and responsibilities include:

Overseeing school’s operations focused on relationship building, quality assurance, and educational programming

Developing robust relationships with our families through showcasing a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to their wellbeing

Cementing one’s leadership role through effective organizational and time management skills

Train, coach, and develop the faculty for school’s forthcoming needs

Keeping school facilities in top notch condition

Total awareness of and compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
