Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day culinary operations

Coordinate food and kitchenware orders

Check freshness and quality of ingredients

Create monthly menu items

Work with management to create a well-balanced menu that meets state requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

Knowledge of cost and food ordering systems

Passion for food and cooking

Strong leadership qualities
