Responsibilities of an Office Assistant include the following:
Welcoming families and visitors to our school
Answering phone calls, taking and delivering messages
Filing and paperwork and creating signage for the lobby
Scheduling meetings and events and assisting in organization and execution
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Associate or Bachelor of Arts preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office and with computers
Exceptional customer service skills required
Projecting an upbeat positive attitude while working in a fast paced environment
Is dependable and adaptable with organizational and time management skills
Has a genuine love for children
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
