We are looking for a full time assistant infant teacher to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of direct care working with infants. Assistant infant teachers are responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that is supportive of children's development as active learners. We are looking for someone who values children's growth and development, and understands the social and emotional impact we can make in a child's life.

Qualifications

Must be able to work Monday to Friday with set schedule of 8:30-5:30pm or 9:00-6:00pm

Must be 18 years old or older

Able to follow and implement state rules and regulations

Dependable with good attendance

Able to always maintain professional standards

6 months or more of direct infant care in a school setting is highly preferred

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Maintaining individual children's daily schedules

Upholding ethical work standards while meeting daily responsibilities

Maintaining accurate daily reports and a high level of communication with parents

Establishing and fostering relationships with families

Implementing daily care routines and curriculum

Supporting each child's social and emotional development

Providing great customer service and interactions with families and co-workers
