The Goddard School, located in Marshallton/West Chester, a preschool/childcare center, is currently seeking loving, fun, energetic, full-time teachers to join our teaching team! We’d love experience with teaching in a classroom, but we’re also happy to help a great candidate just entering this field. Candidates will be selected based on their ability to engage children in a safe, nurturing and loving manner, as well as effectively communicate with co-teachers and families. Our teachers create engaging learning environments filled with opportunities to explore, discover, and create with their teachers right by their sides guiding their learning process! Responsibilities:

Our teachers care and educate our children, while meeting the individual needs of each child.

Our teachers creatively customize and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules.

Our teachers interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.

Our teachers communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

Compliance with current governmental regulations and company procedures and policies.
