Responsibilities: • Attend Gogan Team training • Sell homes to leads provided by our team • Be determined to put in the effort in the first year to construct your pipeline • Learn how to be a great conversationalist and guide buyers and sellers • Learn our Buyer Presentation and deliver at a high level • Write purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate the closing process • Nurture relationships with both buyers and sellers to increase sales • Maintain your pipeline of customers • Talk to buyers and sellers to determine their requirements in a home, and find a home to satisfy those needs • Follow-up with leads to amplify sales • Engage in conversations with clients to identify their ideal residence, then locate a house that meets those requirements Qualifications: • Willingness to embrace new practices, systems, and technologies • Great attitude and desire to learn 5 • Capable of working collaboratively and authentically • Possesses a valid Real Estate license or has made progress towards attaining one • Determined and prepared to put in the effort • Self-driven with the capacity to work without direct supervision • Comfortable with the use of technology • Possesses a team-oriented attitude and offers assistance to colleagues • Availability during the week for training Compensation: $85,000+
