Content Creator for Real Estate Team - Part-Time Are you passionate about creating content for social media and YouTube? This position is for you! The Gogan Team in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time content creator to join our dynamic team. This position is great for someone in college or perhaps starting their own content creation business but would like a steady customer. You'll have the opportunity to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience, helping us to stand out in the competitive real estate market on social media platforms and YouTube. This position can be flexible on hours and is more about results produced. Responsibilities: • Increase Gogan Team awareness through social media and YouTube • Use AI and content software to edit and post content • Create social media plan and implement it to grow overall following • Create YouTube strategy and implement • Come up with topics and film • Write captions for posts • Create content around our listings to increase their exposure Qualifications: • Experience with Social Media channels • Experience with Youtube • Knowledge of how to grow a following • Knowledge of how to capture good and trending content to increase views and following Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
