Responsibilities: • Monitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Negotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of deals • Maintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedules • Record customer information into the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for review • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writing Qualifications: • Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients • Passion for providing superior customer service is highly desired • Must have obtained, or currently be pursuing, a real estate license • Previous knowledge and experience of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is advantageous Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
