Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License • Must be coachable • Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Team player • Must be able to work a flexible schedule • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $65,000
