The Gogan Team in Naples, FL, US is looking for a dedicated and driven person to join their team as an Inside Sales Agent/Director of Client Relations. This individual will be the primary point of contact and should always represent our team in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.The role of the Inside Salesperson will involve cultivating and nurturing opportunities from different channels and tracking essential information regarding customer leads in a contact database system. Additionally, they will need to book appointments with potential buyers and sellers for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.We are hoping to find someone who has either experience in the real estate world or a proven track record of success in a different field. The ideal candidate must be quick to learn, well-organized, motivated, enjoy collaboration, and take pride in their work.The Inside Salesperson is expected to reach or surpass their objectives for productivity, appointment setting, and income, while providing superb customer service. Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments a month for agents on our team • Reaching out to warm and nurtured leads within a designated time frame after each inquiry • Achieve productivity and appointment-setting goals while responding efficiently to customer inquiries • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents • Manage the inquiries to convert leads • Nurture leads in our database and manage activity • Following up with agents • Own the database and take ownership over leads • Bonuses based on total monthly appointments Qualifications: • Possesses the ability to follow a structured schedule, such as 8-11, 4-7, or sometimes on the weekends • Experienced in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and spreadsheets • Demonstrates excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities • Highly enthusiastic with great people skills • Ability to work independently for extended periods of time • This is a remote position • Possesses the knack for building relationships with clients • Great phone communication skills • Capable of setting and completing appointments over the phone • Proficiency in real estate-related CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Skilled in problem-solving with a solution-oriented approach • Possesses an understanding of the real estate market • Accustomed to making 100 outbound calls daily Compensation: $47,000 - $77,000 yearly
