We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License • Must be coachable • Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Team player • Must be able to work a flexible schedule • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $65,000
