Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards • Attend court hearings when needed. Qualifications: • Attorney Experience • American Bar Association Member • Passed Bar Exam • US Work Authorization • Strong oral and written advocacy skills • Strong communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
