Experienced Attorney - New Grad Attorney We are seeking attorneys to partner with our law firm in a legal field that you are a master at. We are located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Particularly, we are in Singer Island, Florida which is a retirement heaven for many people. Responsibilities: • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Take care of customers' cases from beginning to end Qualifications: • Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
