    GETTING THE JOB DONE:

    • PROVIDE GUESTS AND TEAM MEMBERS WITH PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND GENUINE HOSPITALITY
    • MAINTAIN OPEN AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENT HEADS AND SUPERVISORS TO ENSURE THE NEEDS OF THE GUESTS AND TEAM MEMBERS ARE ADDRESSED TIMELY.
    • ASSIST THE GM DURING THE ANNUAL BUDGETING PROCESS AND MONTHLY WITH FORECASTING AND P&L MANAGEMENT.
    • ENSURE CASH DEPOSITS AND MADE TIMELY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICY.
    • FOLLOW UP ON ALL PAST DUE AR ACCOUNTS.
    • CLOSE THE MONTH TIMELY AND ACCURATELY INFORMING THE GM OF ALL OPEN ACCOUNTS AND ACCRUALS.
    • PREPARE JOURNAL ENTRIES, GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS AND ACCURATE CODING OF ALL INVOICES.
    • MAINTAIN ORGANIZED ELECTRONIC AND PAPER FILING SYSTEMS ENSURING QUICK ACCESS TO INFORMATION.
    • ASSIST OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS NEEDED, HELPING DEPARTMENT HEADS MANAGE EXPENSES AND FORECAST BUSINESS.
    • SUPPORT THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS RESOLVING GUEST’S CONCERNS WITH BILLING.
    • ENSURE COMPLIANCE TO ALL BEST PRACTICE OPERATING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROPERTY SPECIFIC AND BRAND STANDARDS.
    • BE AWARE OF THE BRAND SERVICE SCORES AND SUPPORT THE GM TO ENSURE THE SCORES ARE MAINTAINED ABOVE AVERAGE.
    • PARTICIPATES IN THE PROPERTY’S MANAGER ON DUTY PROGRAM AS NEEDED AND UNDERSTANDS THE ROLE OF BEING A PROPERTY LEADER.

    EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS:

    • BA IN ACCOUNTING OR RELATED FIELD OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE
    • 2 YEARS OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN HOSPITALITY
    • KNOWLEDGE OF STATE AND FEDERAL TAX LAWS
    • STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS; ESPECIALLY EXCEL
    • STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH
