Real Estate Agent - Fast Track- Mentorship Program The Good Agent Team Brokered by REAL in Walnut Creek, CA is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Real Estate Mentorship Program. Once completed you will have the opportunity to become part of a highly successful real estate team enjoying low caps, generous commission splits, along with other ways to generate extra earnings. The flexi-learn program is modular by design. Mentoring, coaching, and interactive classes will be held in Walnut Creek at our new offices in Broadway Plaza (opposite Nordstrom), and also with an online option for those who find it hard to attend in person or live outside the area/state. You will be given the opportunity to shadow open houses and appointments in your first few weeks. EARN WHILE YOU LEARN! Our ‘Fast Track’ Program gives mentees the opportunity to earn up to 50% splits on their very first deal…..even before graduating! The Good Agent Mentorship Program is a unique experience, one that will not only accelerate a rewarding real estate career but also sharpen your entrepreneurial skills. In order to be accepted onto our tried and tested program you will need to be highly motivated, have a thirst for knowledge, a hunger for self-development, hold a current Real Estate license*, and be in possession of a great attitude/work ethic. Be close to taking the RE exam Responsibilities: • Engage in mentoring sessions, coaching, and interactive classes • Successfully complete all modules and educational programs • Foster a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere with peers • Attend open houses and appointments as a shadow • Help customers understand their needs and provide relevant solutions Qualifications: • Possess a Real Estate License or be close to taking the exam • Have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle • Be capable of excellent communication and customer service skills • Identify customer needs and be able to provide solutions • Be legally allowed to work in the US Compensation: $95, 000+ at plan commission
