COMPENSATION:Earn $5,000-7,500 Monthly; $60-90K Annually, Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will Be A Producing Store Sales Manager
Create A Friendly And Inviting Customer-First Atmosphere
Achieve Sales Plans, Maintain Operational Controls And Customer Metrics
Recruit, Interview, And Hire Sales Associates
Build And Train Sales Associates In All Processes Of Sales And Operations
Understand All Payroll Functions, Cash Receipts, And Commission Reports
REQUIREMENTS:
Commission Based Sales Experience-Required
Basic Computer Literacy
Excellent Sales Management Ability
Possess Excellent Oral Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Must Be Willing To Work Weekends: Friday, Saturday, And Sunday
Be Personable And Approachable
Have A Positive, Can-Do Attitude
Work Solo Or In A Team Setting
Must Be Self-Motivated
Must Have Reliable Transportation
Must Be Dependable, Reliable, And Punctual
Physical need to bend, twist, squat, occasionally climb up and down ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers. Physical activity is required for this position.
