    Opportunity:

    America’s #1 Arch Support Company is growing and we are looking for a Learning Management Systems Training Developer who will partner with Operations and Human Resources in creating and implementing an LMS system designed to elevate our franchise system training and development. This position would be responsible for the development and implementation of learning content as well as the day-to-day activities and administration of the LMS system.

    Location: Remote

    Schedule: Full Time/ (Monday- Friday)

    Job Summary:

    The LMS Training Developer supports the training and learning needs of The Good Feet Store franchise system and follows all operating systems and training processes, including ongoing LMS support and execution of training requests. The LMS Training Developer is responsible for completing administrative tasks to ensure system changes are accurately completed and franchise locations are satisfying brand standards as it relates to training. The LMS Training Developer will often be required to analyze data to solve diverse and complex issues related to the LMS. In addition, the LMS Training Developer will be expected to exercise judgment in evaluating training methods and should assist in creating solutions to ensure accurate execution. The LMS Training Developer is also responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality of the system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions for learning and the learning management system.

    Responsibilities: The LMS Training Developer will be responsible for:

    · Develop, facilitate, and deploy courses, programs, and resources to employees’ company-

    · Assist in the LMS implementation including loading content, creating curricula, reviewing

    data accuracy and integrity

    · Update, assign, maintain content, and configure the LMS system with the learner experience

    and reporting in mind.

    · Administration of Learning Management System (LMS), including but not limited to: set up,

    creating learning paths, trouble shooting, run/interpret completion reports, and

    understanding how to grow the learning platform to meet the needs of the business.

    · Support employees with LMS administration and escalated issues

    · Troubleshooting issues with LMS functionality, eLearning content, etc. and provide

    appropriate resolution

    · Documenting processes, test cases, and troubleshooting resolutions

    · Training and supporting content owners on LMS functionality, processes, as needed

    · Assisting with LMS reporting questions and issues

    · Assist in the LMS implementation including loading content, creating curricula, reviewing

    data accuracy and integrity

    · Troubleshoot LMS questions with employees and leaders across all business lines

    · Utilize LMS reporting to develop custom reports and to assist with planning and managing

    the company’s training and development initiatives

    · Oversee training records and schedules through LMS

    · Create and deliver presentations to company divisions on new material and content

    · Provides best practices related to user experience, training records and training

    documentation for the LMS

    · Generate periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders to shed light on learner

    satisfaction, training effectiveness, and resource utilization.

    · Respond quickly to resolve technical issues related to the LMS that could diminish the overall

    learner experience.

    · Monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential

    sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    · 3+ years’ experience as an e-learning specialist or LMS developer/administrator

    · Experience with at least two different course building content software (ex: Articulate, Rise,Storyline)

    · Experience with requirements writing for software.

    · Highly organized and extreme attention to detail. Ability to correctly upload and configure

    content accurately to the LMS.

    · Experience working in a franchise environment a plus

    · Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

    · Computer savvy & proficient with Microsoft Office/Suite(Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

    · Solid analytical and problem solving skills

    · Highly organized and extreme attention to detail. Ability to correctly upload and configure

    content accurately to the LMS.

    · Adapts quickly to meet rapidly changing program initiatives and training plans.

    · Collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Human Resources, and Franchise partners.

    · Responds quickly to high-priority or urgent asks to troubleshoot issues or upload content.

    · Communicates effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels

    of technological understanding.

    · Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

    · Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    · Experience with Salesforce a plus
