HIRING: Full-Time Store Sales Manager

COMPENSATION: Earn $6250-7,500 Monthly; $75-90K Annually, Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits

Will Be a Producing Store Sales Manager
Create A Friendly & Inviting Customer-First Atmosphere
Achieve Sales Plans, Maintain Operational Controls & Customer Metrics
Recruit, Interview, And Hire Sales Associates
Build And Train Sales Associates in All Processes of Sales & Operations
Understand All Payroll Functions, Cash Receipts, And Commission Reports
REQUIREMENTS:
Commission based sales experience- Required 1 year minimum
2+ years of experience in retail/sales
1+ years of experience managing a team
Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Proven customer service skills required
Commission Based Sales Experience-Required
Basic Computer Literacy
Excellent Sales Management Ability
Possess Excellent Oral Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Be Personable & Approachable
Have A Positive, Can-Do Attitude
