We are hiring immediately for a Part-Time Brand Ambassador with commission sales experience in Skokie, IL, located at DSW on Skokie Blvd, near Westfield Old Orchard! You will work as a Good Feet Brand Ambassador, within the DSW environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

· Customer Service and Engagement – This position requires a high level of customer interaction, communication skills, and ability to demonstrate products. Engages with customers in the store with a helpful and friendly attitude

· Sales Capability – Seeks out customers and builds rapport to offer Good Feet orthotics, reading customer cues with professionalism and respect

· Professional Synergy – Ability to develop relationships with store/event management in a way that positively represents our company and our company values

· Personal Organization - Maintains a clean and organized, mobile workspace

Required Skills And Competencies

· Commission based sales experience- Required 1 year minimum

· Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

· Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak publicly with confidence and poise

· Must possess confidence to seek out and approach costumers while demonstrating the emotional intelligence to read and respond to customer needs

· Competitive and self-motivated

· Positive, approachable, and empathetic

· Willing to work solo or in a team setting

· Must have the ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking around the sales floor

Physical activity is required for this position. Physical need to bend, twist, squat, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers

Compensation:$15 / Hourly + Commissions
