District Manager
The Good Feet Store is looking for a District Manager to lead and support several of our stores in and around Baton Rouge with potential for future growth of additional locations. Our business focuses on the health and wellness of our customers by providing custom orthotics as well as other products to improve quality of life. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and great leadership experience. If you love to develop and grow individuals while helping people live their best lives, we would like to meet you.
General Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a positive environment for all teams
Proactively support and coach individuals to grow and thrive in the retail environment
Maintain and monitor administrative tasks are getting completed appropriately at the store level
Be able to take necessary action when expectations are not met by employees
Conduct regular sales meetings with teams to keep them engaged and supported
Maintain consistent, effective communication with all employees and management
Analyze and measure business trends to develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives

Time-management and organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business
Negotiating and resolving conflicts with employees and customers
Leadership skills to motivate, teach and encourage coworkers
Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
