    The Good Feet Store is seeking a Part-Time Talent Specialist to join our team in the Des Moines, IA area. As the Talent Manager you will play a key role in the growth of our organization, as you are responsible for sourcing, cultivating and hiring high potential candidates.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLITIES:

    Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements and team dynamics

    Creatively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry specific job boards

    Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

    Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, and coach hiring managers through making the right hiring decision based on our core values and hiring practices

    Work in the Applicant Tracking System to post and refresh jobs, along with updating candidate information

    Plan, develop and coordinate a strong candidate pipeline for future openings

    Collaborate with Human Resources Manager and hiring managers to ensure a successful onboarding process for new hires

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

    1-2 years of talent acquisition experience

    Ability to build rapport and partnerships at all levels, internally and externally

    Strong phone communication skills to connect with candidates effectively.
