    • Immediate employment and training
    • Tremendous compensation:  Range Hourly and Commission $66,000 to $91,000 annually.
    • Pre-qualified leads and customers –no cold calling required!
    • Professional and fun work environment
    • Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
    • Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service
    • Engage with customers throughout our product fitting process
    • Politely and professionally resolve guest issues
    • Follow-up on all sales made to customers
    • Process customer returns and exchanges
    • Make sales and set up appointments over the phone
    • Achieve company sales productivity standards
    • Able to promote new company programs and offerings
    • Restock merchandise

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Commission based sales experience
    • Spanish Speaking is a plus
    • Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
    • Experience with one-on-one sales presentations
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills
    • Competitive and self-motivated
    • Ability to perform physical task such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, climbing
