America’s #1 Arch Support Company is growing and we are looking for the best! The Good Feet Store is seeking a Store Associate to support the day to day operations of our store. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and “can do” attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing general day to day operations of the stores front and back end

Greeting customers

Provide store support for current employees and new and former customers

Answer all incoming phone calls

Make follow Up Phone Calls

Run a point of sale (POS)

Manage customer notes and all updates to their account

Set Appointments

Manage calendars and walk sheets

Update and manage various reports and programs

Handle incoming inventory and supplies

REQUIREMENTS

2+ of experience in a retail environment

Outstanding organizational skills manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Problem solver and systematic in approach
