We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a “can do” attitude.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store

    Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals

    Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals

    Participate in monthly P&L review

    Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example

    Support store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks

    Responsible for resolving customer service issues

    REQUIREMENTS

    2+ years of experience in retail/sales

    1+ years of experience managing a team

    Proven customer service skills required

    Excellent verbal & written communication skills

    Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly
