    We have an immediate opening for a part-time to full-time Real Estate Videographer and Photographer to shoot interviews, client events, closing testimonials, and much more! This person needs to be quick on their feet, always learning and improving their video & editing skills, and NEEDS to understand social media style video creation (think Gary V & Grant Cardone Style). You should be super smart, an organizer, a fast learner, a positive person, and a great communicator able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, professional and discreet. Responsibilities: Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results Create beautiful photos and videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly • Need to be able to take an Idea and run with it • Edit videos that are suitable for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, & Linkedin (and understanding the difference in each of them) • Be able to quick setup for interviews, testimonials, and clients-events Qualifications: Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines Compensation: $15 per hour
