    We’re searching for a diligent real estate transaction and client services coordinator. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • CONTACT MANAGER – To help develop and maintain the chosen Contact Management System • LISTING COORDINATOR – To be responsible for the processing and completing of incoming listings – from the beginning CMA to Accepted Purchase Agreement. • TRANSACTION COORDINATOR –To be responsible for the processing and completion of Purchase Contract whether representing Buyer or Seller Side to closing. Ordering/Scheduling all Inspections, Completion of all Disclosures, etc. • MARKETING MANAGER - Primarily responsible for Listing Marketing, Geo Farm and other mailers, Social Media Posts • GROWTH – To attend seminars and classes as necessary and desirable to improve and maintain skills, knowledge and to keep abreast of new systems and processes that can be utilized on the team.  • Meetings – To attend planning and evaluation meetings weekly or as necessary. To maintain business practices in the realtor’s absence. ADDITIONAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform assigned duties in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner • Flexibility is important, as interruptions will be constant • Must work well under pressure and with critical time restraints • Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities • Demonstrate continued growth and proficiency in completing the tasks required  • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the sales associate • Getting along with company managers, employees, sales associates, and clients • Handling difficult situations in a tactful manner • Consistently showing the ability to recognize and deal with priorities • Having regular attendance and being a designated workstation • Maintain well-groomed professional appearance and mannerisms appropriate to greet clients and co-op sales, associates Qualifications: Communicates well, both verbally and written Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Real estate license preferred Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Manage a lot of moving parts • Must be crazy organized, maybe a little OCD • Work with demanding and sometimes very stressed out people • Have to work for a demanding boss • Need to have high standards of service • Must enjoy helping people • Must perform repetitive tasks • Have to constantly maintain a positive attitude • After all that (plus 700 more tasks) the pay is good, not great • You’ll impact the lives of many families • You’ll help build a growing company • Your efforts will be appreciated and praised • You will be appreciated and praised • You’ll become part of the family Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000
