Organize transactions, maintain a schedule, keep in constant and consistent communication with clients and agents.  • Manage and execute marketing campaign on a weekly basis.  • Coordinate marketing and management of listing process as well as purchasing process.  • Coordinate client experience outreach through gifts and scheduling client appreciation events.  • Ultimate Goal: Stay organized by building a plan, follow the plan and maintain client satisfaction.  Qualifications: • Exceptional phone skills/experience • Experience with CRM/database management • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills • Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • High level of motivation to succeed • Real Estate License preferred/not required Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
