FREELANCE POSITION! Graham Group Real Estate is seeking a video editor with the ability to capture the essence of what's happening in the field, in the office, and around Birmingham, and then bring it vividly into the eyes of our viewers. This member of our team will spend several hours each day creating and editing video content. The winning candidate is also tech-savvy and up-to-date in our real estate career field. You must be able to shoot on Sony XD Cam, GoPro, on laptop computer and iPhone, and edit in Adobe Premiere and make the video available on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. This position would concentrate on the lifestyle and business of real estate in Alabama. Successful candidates will have a deep working knowledge of social video trends and techniques as well as be skilled in video editing, graphics, motion graphics, and design. This position will be instrumental in helping to shape our social media strategy for our real estate brand. We are an open and collaborative team. We are looking for someone who is highly creative and is willing to experiment. Must have own Camera equipment (Required)! Responsibilities: • Creating weekly video content for the team • Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro CC • Create social media campaigns for the team • Master audio/video files using various software and methods • Perform post-production editing, manipulations, and color balancing • Prepares completed media for upload to the streaming server and uploads content • Adheres to media production deadlines Qualifications: • 1-3 years experience in Media Production or IT related field • Basic Knowledge of HTML • Excellent written/oral communication skills • Knowledge of media formats, their uses, and encoding techniques • Advanced computer skills • Excellent knowledge of SEO • Located in Birmingham, AL, or a surrounding area Compensation: $10 - $15 hourly
