Job Summary The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team! As the GM, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and assist with financial well-being. You will lead to ensure the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant and that can lead by example with a "hands on" style. All training and guidance will be provided.

The ideal candidate has a passion for fresh, consistent, perfectly prepared food and enthusiastic customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant

Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Create and maintain a food and beverage budget

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

Work with team to provide a rotating work schedule for employees

Perform product inventory and execute food orders as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

Previous restaurant management experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and Toast POS software

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent management and leadership skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
