    General Description:

    Shift Supervisors help supervise staff members while running shifts to ensure a top-quality service experience for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, believe in excellent customer service and have a “can do" attitude. Applicants must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will review employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience.

    Desired Responsibilities:

    • Leads the restaurant during a shift, delivers superior customer service, and maximizes customer satisfaction

    • Delegates responsibilities to your team and ensure they are exceeding the expectations of each guest

    • Is proficient in each area of the restaurant

    • Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas

    • Owns opening & closing routines for the next shift

    • Makes sure all food and is made correctly and expedited in a timely fashion

    • Professionally addresses any concerns or problems directly with the guest

    • Develops team members into future leaders themselves

    • Recognizes a job well-done and provides feedback to improve productivity

    • Promotes the brand in local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

    • Recommends ways to reach a broader audience

    • Lives the culture of the brand

    • Exemplifies guest service for the whole team

    This Opportunity is for you if:

    o Have 1+ years of sales or marketing experience

    o Have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience

    o Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel

    o You are at least 18 years of age

    o Have a good understanding of ingredients, kitchen safety and hygiene

    o Are familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances

    o You can follow instructions accurately and efficiently

    o You can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    o You have reliable transportation

    o You are able to lift a minimum of 20 lb
