    The Greater Global Homes Group is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, results-driven, and proven individual to be our next Client Success Coordinator. Responsibilities: Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Executing daily communication related to sales transaction milestones and stages • Creating, planning, and executing events for clients and community engagement • Maintaining and updating internal systems and platforms for tracking company performance • Proficiently Use Team Systems and Platforms to Nurture Team Databases Contacts • Daily activities to celebrate, engage and empower our clients and community • Design and implement customized gifting strategies for a variety of occasions • Organize files and documents for a variety of business segments • Create collateral to market and promote client care initiatives • Data Entry • Phone and Email Communication with Clients, Colleagues, and Business Partners • Proficiently Lead the “Contact to Contract” Phase of the Real Estate Life Cycle • Proficient Use of all Team Systems and Technologies (Databasing, MLS, Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, Apple Software, etc.) • Additional Administrative Duties Qualifications: High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Previous work in a customer-facing position • Minimum of 2 Years of Past Sales/Service Experience Required • Previous Event Management/Coordinating Preferred • Professional, Approachable, Contagiously Outgoing Personality • Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills • Great People Skills • Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills • Exceptional Time-Management Skills • Proficient with Software Platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Secured Platform Access, etc.) • Creative Digital Marketing/Communication Experience (Desired, Not Required) • High Energy, Positive, Can-Do Attitude is A Must • Strong Accountability Goal-Driven • Learning-Based Growth Mindset Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
