    We’re in search of an out-going, organized, professional real estate executive assistant to serve as our Director of Operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily activities in the form of operational functions, administrative support, and activities to cultivate a fun and highly productive work culture. Daily tasks will include: managing transactional files and communication, scheduling meetings and events, and maintaining effective company systems and processes. In addition, you’ll need to organize paperwork, purchase office equipment, and assist with other tasks as needed. Applicants should be positive, decisive, thorough, and excellent communicators. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details Function as the main point contact for the principal broker Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • System development, implementation, and maintenance • Manage and audit vendor/partner relations • Calendar management of meetings and events for the CEO • Prepare meeting agenda(s), training resources, performance reports, and monthly financials to support the CEO’s leadership initiatives • Developing and implementing an effective training and onboarding program to support the business’ growth initiatives • Lead and support administrative staff • Organize, plan, and execute client events • Process and manage operational functions in support of day-to-day needs of the business – ie: payroll, hiring/interviewing, data entry, errands, sales support activities, etc. • Act as Interim-CEO in the absence of the current CEO Qualifications: 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS Prior experience in real estate is a bonus Excellent communication skills and organizational skills High school diploma required • A Valid MN Real Estate License is REQUIRED – (May obtain after start date.) • Minimum of 2-Years of Executive Administration OR Real Estate Experience REQUIRED • Proficient w/ Microsoft Suites, Apple Software, and Google Suites • Outgoing, Positive and Team-Building Personality/Attitude • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Excellent Organizational Skills • Growth and Development Mind-Set • Task-Oriented and Results-Driven • Strong Critical Thinking and Creative Problem-Solving Skills • Experience in Leadership Desired • Confident in Adapting to New Technologies and Environments • Thrives in a Culture of Change and Growth Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Total Annual Compensation (DOE)
