CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ASSOCIATE

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Customer Service Sales Associate will be responsible for educating, selling, and marketing all products, services, events, classes, and benefits for the organization through assisting members on the phone and in person. They will also act as the Liaison between SDAR and its members by providing professional customer service at one of our 8 service center locations

                CUSTOMER SERVICE

-          Handles registration for association events, classes, and other programs

-          Provides professional and consistent customer service

-          Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects and posts charges

                REPORTING

-          Prepares daily, weekly and monthly tracking of all transactions

-          Updates and maintains a database of all interactions

-          Maintains membership files

                RESEARCH

-          Research and conducts adjustments to minor complaints concerning billing or services rendered, refer complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation

                SALES

-          Receives inbound calls and face to face member interaction

-          Experience with sales quotas and meeting or exceeding these on an ongoing basis

-          Pitch new programs and products to members and prospective members

-          Makes outbound calls to promote current campaigns

-          Meets daily, weekly, and monthly member services goals and objectives

-          Follows-up with members via email and phone calls to promote products, services, events, and education as well as, any recent transaction they may have been assisted with

-          Promotes member benefits and additional products and services to new and/or current members
