    The Greek Pizzeria in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced full-time BOH Manager/Lead Cook to join our team.

    Who are we? We are a traditional New England-style pizza place— a friendly neighborhood spot with a Cheers-like atmosphere. We know our customers by name.

    We are an independent business that uses scratch recipes and a family pizza recipe handed down for over 40 years.

    This is a great chance to learn how a small business operates. It's a valuable experience for anyone thinking about opening their own restaurant someday.

    Job title:

    • BOH Manager/Lead Cook

    Compensation and benefits:

    • $22-23 hourly average | $16-17 hourly + tips
    • Cash tips are received daily
    • $800-900 weekly
    • Paid Bi-weekly

    Schedule requirements:

    Experience and skills needed:

    • Previous experience in an independent restaurant preferred
    • Previous Lead Cook/Key Holder experience
    • Ordering, receiving, and inventory
    • Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
    • Staff training and motivation
    • Follow written recipes and instructions
    • Work in a standing position
    • Reach, bend, stoop, and lift to 50 pounds
    • Work in a standing position
