    We are looking for a Paralegal with California Family Law or Civil Litigation experience for our Murrieta office. You must have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience to be qualified for this position. We are an entrepreneurial family law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need a paralegal with experience in California family law or civil litigation to join our team and be working directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help clients. Most importantly, you MUST have compassion when dealing with clients. Responsibilities: Job duties (included but not limited to): • Preparing judicial council forms for Dissolution, EPR, Step-parent adoption, DVRO, Guardianships, Name Changes, ect; • Drafting pleadings, declarations, briefs, etc.; • Strong knowledge of Riverside County Rules of Court, CCP and all discovery rules;; • Interaction with parties, counsel, courts, support staff, etc.; • Comfortable managing a case load of 60+ cases and assisting multiple attorneys; • Offering solutions and opportunities to problems as they arise; and • The ability to complete family law matters with minimal instruction. .
