Responsibilities: • High levels of self-esteem, empathy and compassion • Ability to put clients at ease • Understanding of how clients’ problems are more than a legal problem to them • Exceptional communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Extremely comfortable with technology (and realizes that Smart Phones might be smarter than us) Qualifications: • Hard-working TEAM player responsible for all aspects of a client's case including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings, settlement conferences, performing legal research and preparing for and attending trials.  • At least 3 years of family law experience is required and non-negotiable. Compensation: $85,000+ plus 401(k) & Health Benefits
