    This position is only for a person who can successfully market legal services to generate high-quality leads and generate new referral partner relationships. We need a bright, creative, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients. You will work closely with our Firm’s owners to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to help us realize our vision of helping more people!   We are here to expertly guide our clients through their family law cases and achieve the best possible results for them. It is incredibly important to us that our clients feel empowered even while going through one of the most difficult periods of their lives. They must know that they can re-write their story, they only need to take the first step. With their goals as our guide, we will help them keep their money in their pocket and their kids by their side. Responsibilities: Providing excellent Marketing Coordination for the Firm includes the ability to: • Work closely with the owners to assist in the development, implementation, and evaluate the Firm's marketing strategic plan, based on the established objectives, market characteristics, and cost considerations • Keep and report metrics on all marketing activities, to include: cost of marketing activity; cost per lead; cost per client acquisition • Coordinate marketing message between the Firm and outside vendors • Develop and execute social media campaigns to include management of online organic postings and paid ads • Maintain an active presence across all social media platforms • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are being generated • Review and analyze PPC Direct Response Marketing Campaigns for ROI and effectiveness • Coordinate special events – workshops, lunches, seminars, speaking events, virtual events • Solicit online reviews • Create reports for tracking ROI for implemented marketing efforts • Attend marketing networking events on behalf of the Firm • Develop marketing materials for targeted audiences such as welcome packages, marketing emails, initial contact, and pre-consult drip campaigns • Create reports for metrics to provide the owners on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Qualifications: We are looking for an applicant who unequivocally has the following experience and skills: • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar relevant field • Social media campaign management experience • Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaign experience • Excellent written communication and copyrighting skills • Demonstrable project experience/portfolio of work to include social media copy and resource copy • Strong presentation design skills • Knowledge/experience of legal marketing trends • Innovative, growth-minded, creative out-of-the-box thinker Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
