Candidates should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and division of property. Familiarly by Real Estate, Business and/or Tax Law if a plus. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also a must. If you have a proven record of success both in and out of court, apply now! $90,000+ per year plus bonuses based on reaching KPIs Responsibilities: Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations Strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendants • Prior work in Real Estate, Business, or Tax preferred • Comfortable with technology including case management software, automation software, and project management software • At least 5 years working in a law firm on family law issues as well as real estate (determining marital property) is necessary Compensation: $90,000+ per year plus bonuses

    • Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the family law litigation process
