Job Description

Office Assistant THE OFFICE ASSISTANT performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include frontline support such as receiving telephone calls and leads, word processing, data entry, database management, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive typing and software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Additional tasks include: 

• SOCIAL MEDIA POSITINGS  - Creating and posting online ads and information using company photos.
• HUMAN RESOURCES TASKS - Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, and implementing or training system.
