    As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for new and existing clients when they call in for services. You will be responsible to assess their needs, explain our services and gather their information. You will also be responsible to assist other callers and forward to the appropriate party. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

    Administratively you will be responsible for day to day data entry of payables, filing, entering quotes, maintaining office supplies, and project-based work to contribute to the day-to-day operations of Ground Guys.

    You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Specific Requirements:

    Business Administration degree

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Work closely with the sales & production teams to ensure good flow of communication and data

    Experience with Human Resources, maintaining employee files and creating new policies.

    Customer Service experience as well as general office duties (filing, letters, etc.).

    Knowledge of accounting practices is an asset

    Job Requirements:

    Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

    Professional appearance and personality

    Team player who can work independently

    Basic accounting knowledge an asset

    Construction type background an asset

    Own transportation, Full G Licence and clean driving abstract

    Position will start approx Sept 1, 2019 - Position will start as part-time with the opportunity for full-time.
