The Grounds Guys of Wexford is looking for motivated Softscape Crew Leader interested in advancement opportunities to join one of the fastest growing franchises in North America.

Job Description/Skills Required:

Highly motivated individual that is interested in learning the Softscape Industry.

2 - 3 Years Softscape Installation Experience Required

Valid PA driver’s license – Clean driver’s license & drug free.

Mode of transportation required in order to get to and from work.

Skid Loader experience a plus

Softscape Installation experience Required

Ability to operate Softscape equipment, tools, and complete job tasks on time

Capable and Qualified to drive trucks, trailer, and plowing equipment a plus

Leadership skills to aid the Softscape Foreman

Strong People Skills

Must be a self-starter

Compensation:

Starting wage of $14 - $16 an hour depending on experience

Medical Insurance paid up to 75%

Employee supplemental of $40/month.

Three days paid vacation

Six paid holidays

In shop training with Greenius – a computer aided testing program for the green industry.
