Operational Responsibilities

Attend work on a regular, punctual, and dependable basis according to the work schedule

Utilizing all tools, equipment, vehicles and supplies in a responsible manner

Perform assigned work in a safe, expeditious, professional manner with honesty and integrity

Prepared to work long hours and on weekends if and when necessary,the nature of snow & ice management can be compared to an emergency response system.

In the winter the operate equipment, which may include, but is not limited to: Pickup or larger Truck with Plow and Spreader, Skid Steer, and Loader.

Participating in performance evaluations and performance-related discussions in a constructive and professional manner.

Oversea all landscape operations

Run and help during design and install

Loaders, Drivers, Sidewalk Crews all needed.

Minimum Requirements

Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds

Must have dependable transportation to and from shop

Must be able to pass drug test/screenings

Must be have a clear PA Background Check

Must have a valid PA Drivers License

Must display a positive attitude

$10.50 to $28.50 per hr.
