The Grounds Guys of Atlanta is now interviewing for a Landscape Installation position. Our company is a well-established local landscaping business with over twenty-seven years of experience in the greater Atlanta residential home market. We specialize in high end residential properties with the best horticultural practices for each client. This is not a mow, blow and go company.

To be considered, you must have worked specifically within the last two years of employment within the Landscape Installation side of our green industry.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture preferred; Associates Degree with Technical School is allowed

You must have acquired extensive plant identification knowledge, and how to care for these plants in the Georgia landscape.

You will perform landscape enhancement activities such as; mulch and straw applications, sod installations, specialty tree and ornamental shrub plantings, topsoil application, lawn seeding, drainage and stonework.

You will oversee the project and scope of work and report directly to the Owner.

Experience with programming residential Irrigation controllers will be necessary

You must feel comfortable addressing clients' questions, comments and concerns on site with appropriate answers, and represent The Grounds Guys professionally

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature; bending, kneeling, reaching, standing for long periods of time, walking, pushing, pulling

Must have current Georgia Driver’s license with no limiting violations in order to be considered for this position

Must have experience pulling large trucks and dump trailers, with Bobcat, or Dingo
