    Well established small construction company specializing in tile & grout restoration is seeking an Administrative Assistant with Customer Service and Bookkeeping abilities.

    Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.

    Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

    Schedules jobs

    Maintain accounts and performs light bookkeeping.

    Entering bills in Accounting software for review

    Paying bills upon direction

    Run errands Office/Personal

    Microsoft Office Skills

    Very good communication skills

    Word Skills

    QuickBooks Skills

    A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

    A valid & clean driver’s license
