Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all client • Guide buyer and seller clients through the home purchase and selling process. • Build implement and manage all systems for customers, database management and back-office support to improve productivity. • Coordinate marketing events and client activities to promote our business. • Oversee all brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc. to continuously build our brand. • Participate in training sessions to improve skills. Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Organized and manages time effectively A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $50,000+ at plan commission
