There are NO cold calls or door-to-door sales.
You will reach out to clients that have requested your service through our streamlined leads program.
MARKET: Our niche marketing company is a national agency that specializes in the sale of boutique life insurance products designed to protect mortgages for families with average income and health. With the mortgage market stronger than ever with near record low interest rates, 2020 refinances were up 126%. Our company sales in 2020 soared to $162M.
The families we serve want options for mortgage life insurance that will pay off their mortgage in the event of a death, disability, or illness. Our firm specializes in producing the highest quality, real-time, direct mail, and exclusive leads. These homeowners provide us with personal information on the lead such as height, weight, home number, cell number, who to call, and when to call. Imagine having a steady stream of clients to contact who are expecting your call and know why you are calling.
We are actively hiring quality LICENSED agents who not only have a strong sales background but the desire to be a leader! All training is company sponsored! We teach you how to create a permanent, passive income where there are no boundaries or limitations on your income using our easy step-by-step plug and play system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Working from home, you will call your leads (approx. 7-9 hrs. per week) setting- up appointments with your potential client
· Develop plans based upon the client’s needs
· Visiting new and existing clients in their home or virtually, you will present and sell options that will pay off their mortgage in the event of illness or death
· Resolve client’s questions and complaints
· Comply with state insurance standards and regulations
· Teach and train others to do the same-building your own team and residual income
· Identify areas for self-improvement
COMPENSATION:
· Give yourself a 5% raise every 2 - 3 months -- Join a team culture that seeks to promote without overworking you. At our core, we believe in a work/life balance
· Clear blueprint to reach a 6 or 7-figure income -- COMMISSION-BASED / NO CAP ON INCOME
· Part Time 1-2 sales per wk $450 - $900 wk; $25,000 - $50,000 yr
· Average 3-5 sales per wk; $1,350 - $2,250k wk; $75,000 - $125,000 yr
· Above Average 6-8 sales per wk; $2,700 - $3,600k wk; $150,000 - $200,000 yr
