About The Position:

As the part-time People Ops Coordinator , you'll support the Director of People Operations as she continues to foster a vibrant culture and an engaging place to work for our in-office and global remote team.
Your desire to support our staff will help them continue to do their job – and do it well.
Regular Responsibilities Include:
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Draft, edit, and update job listings
- Monitor incoming applications and determine initial disqualifications
- Coordinate initial phone-screen interviews
- Lead culture-based activities and initiatives
- Maintain our office brand and organize staff gatherings
- Approve timesheets for employees
- Write the staff newsletter
- Maintain office inventory, including laptops and peripherals
- Collect and distribute mail
- Order, set up, and clean Monday breakfasts and Friday lunches
- Order monthly snacks and drinks
This is an in-office, part-time opportunity only available to U.S. Residents who live in the Tampa Bay area.
The pay for this role is $20/hr.
Expected time requirements are ~20 hours per week with availability on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday preferred.

This Role Is Best Suited for Someone Who Has:
- Experience sprinkling joy everywhere you go
- Okay, more specifically, experience as an HR Assistant or a desire to dive into this rewarding field
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
