This role requires communication with customers, team leaders, and Hall Agency owners, and of course the Symmetry Financial Group Team. YOU MUST BE SOLUTION-ORIENTED, FLEXIBLE, THINK BIG AND START SMALL, AND THRIVE IN A SELF-EMPLOYED ENVIRONMENT, AND HAVE A WILLINGNESS TO FINANCIALLY INVEST IN YOURSELF.
