THE HALL AGENCY in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group is actively hiring 5 to 10 licensed and Non-Licensed Life Insurance Agents who are self-motivated, successful, and want to control their own career and revenue potential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Meet with clients virtually/Tele-sales that have requested our products and services.
2. Work with clients in any state, a non-resident license is required.
3. No cold calling or door-to-door sales with our company!
4. After consulting with each family and reviewing their personal needs, you will use our system combined with industry-leading products through our top-rated carriers to determine the most affordable personalized plan for each family.

WHAT IT TAKES:

• Strong sales background (preferred but not required)
• State Resident life insurance license
• NON-LICENSED agents must get through a state-approved pre-licensing course within 7 to 14 days to obtain a life insurance license. We have a designated online pre-licensing school at a discounted rate.
• Updated laptop, computer, and phone
• Experience using remote technology
