The Hall Agency partnered with Symmetry Financial is looking for a Sales Professionals- Field Underwriter that has a desire to succeed in the Financial Services Industry. We are one of the industry’s fastest-growing companies by Inc Magazine for the last 5 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Each week we clients fill out request forms to be educated about our Mortgage protection products. These clients recently refinanced or bought a home, so they are looking to protect their families from financial loss.

The best part about our industry the “warm Leads” which is the request from the clients wanting more information about our financial services. OUR SALES PROFESSIONALS DO NOT DO COLD CALLING, DOOR TO DOOR SALES, TELEMARKETING, SELLING TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, ETC. We are looking for full-time and part-time "field underwriters" to call our warm leads, qualify them over the phone, show them their options, help them apply for whichever coverage they choose, and "hand-hold" them until they are approved, and the policy is issued.

AGENT COMPENSATION: Our average full-time field underwriter goes on 10 appointments per week, sells five mortgage protection plans, and makes $459 per sale. That equals $2,295 per week... or $114,750 per year (working three-to-five days a week for 50 weeks all from home)! WHAT WE OFFER: THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION, THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!

REQUIREMENTS AND HOW TO APPLY:

• You must be self-motivated
• You must be ambitious and self-accountable.
• You must have good communication skills.
• Clean Background
• Reliable transportation
• Up to date laptop, cell phone, and reliable internet
• Active Resident Life Insurance License
• Non-licensed agents must get through a state-approved pre-licensing course within 7 to 14 days to obtain a life insurance license. We have a designated online pre-licensing school at a discounted rate with incentives.
